SeeqPod will soon introduce a Windows Mobile application that will turn any internet-connected, wireless-enabled Windows Mobile device into a streaming music player. The application, which will cost , will allow users to search and play music over the air on their devices and will also display links to purchase songs.

According Beet.TV, the application will search for legally and illegally-uploaded music on the internet. It is seen as a bold move considering the recording industry’s crackdown on illegal music downloads on the internet.

In addition, ReadWriteWeb is writing that the application will be fully skinnable and compatible with Bluetooth car systems.

Expect an announcement in the morning from SeeqPod for the new music search service.
