DotNetNuke Adds Open Source Angel To Board

Seattle-based DotNetNuke, a developer of web development tools, said Monday that Larry Augustin, a prominent angel investor and former founder of VA Linux, has joined the company’s board of directors. According to DotNetNuke, Augustin had been serving as a business advisor to the company. Augustin also serves on the boards of Appcelerator, Compiere, DeviceVM, DotNetNuke, Fonality, Hyperic, Medsphere, Pentaho and SugarCRM. DotNetNuke recently scored a Series A funding round from August Capital and Sierra Ventures.
